  1,054 page views and climbing, Jan 7 2023 Thoughts on Inauguration  Sergio Cornelio will administer the oaths of office to members of the City Council and School Committee at an inauguration ceremony on Jan. 5 at 6:30 p.m. at the Saugus-Everett Elks. City Clerk Sergio Cornelio did a great job, and the food and citizens in attendance, excellent. The parking lot was about 95 percent full and, frankly, I was surprised people would travel such a long way.to support the school committee and council.  Bravo, good job Everett. My vinyl storage unit is in Wakefield so I'm traveling by the Elks about twice a week, it was nice to be in attendance...and know where the place was.  Yes, and after the event I was still working, zipping to the unit to sort vinyl out AFTER the party.  All I do is work, but I love what I do.
