As I take the left onto Whittier Drive I can see the recreation room.
1)The Coffee Hour poster was vandalized again.
2)There were Anthony DiPierro cut outs and posters everywhere, more than
ever before. See the photos

This is unfair to City Councilor Darren Costa, who does
not have campaign material in the recreation room.
We can allege who the culprits are, and I am not filing
a public records request on this.

Peter Chiarello
Both are DiPierro supporters, and we've has problems with
both of them
Mr. Chiarello was provoking me, in front of witnesses,
a week or so ago. Chiarello was also provoking me the
day EHA asked for finances. One of the tenants said to
him "We already have a professional pianist."
My logical assessment is that Chiarello has the mentality
of a 5 year old and needs constant attention. His threats
of beating Bailot and his son up are a public safety hazard.
He did that threat on speaker phone when I told him I did
not want to hear the threats.
Heard today from a tenant that Bailot's son (allegedly) moved in on
day 1. Without the Bailot family telling you, allegedly.
Bailot himself is more of a public safety hazard, I have
seen both individuals allegedly drunk (Peter Chiarello when
I kindly drove him to McKinnon's earlier this year.)
It is said that Bailot has been a nuisance for quite awhile,
having a barbecue, recently alleged to be throwing stuff
at Bingo and yelling, so I've heard. There was only one other
person at Bingo when I witnessed it - Louise Ford, Bailot and
the new Bingo caller. The old one told me he had enough of
Bailot. That Bingo caller resigned, and told me Bailot's behavior
was to blame. Why is that individual at EHA after all we've
been through - the restraining order violated on May 18, 2023.
Today I heard that they had 3 people at Bingo.
So the community/tenants, find themselves disadvantaged
because Bailot yells, screams, allegedly drinks himself into
oblivion. And few, if anyone, attend.
Chiarello also claims Bailot thinks he controls the TV and
the recreation room.
We had a low turnout today at coffee hour. The signs are
repeatedly removed, we can't get the word out, and no one
comes to Bingo.
Bailot and Chiarello pose a public safety threat.
Why are they still at EHA or at Whittier Drive?
It is my wish to help my fellow tenants out.
I've met some great people here. Two individuals

Please tell Mr. DiPierro to tell his thugs to stop
their misconduct and leave the signs for coffee hour alone.
